What is the Staff Benefit Bundle?
The staff benefit bundle offers the opportunity to enroll in Term Life Insurance with Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), Short Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD), Critical Illness, and Accident Insurance in one seamless experience. Term Life/AD&D, Critical Illness, and Accident Coverage are also available for your spouse and dependent children. All coverages are issued by The Prudential Insurance Company of America, a trusted name in insurance for over 150 years.
Who is eligible for the Staff Benefit Bundle?
To be eligible for the Staff Benefit Bundle, you must meet the following criteria:
- Work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Have an active Advisor Staff Membership with the Financial Services Institute.
- Be a W-2 employee of a licensed financial advisor or firm.

Short Term Disability Insurance
Maximum weekly benefit: $1,000. Elimination period: 14 days covering 70% of weekly earnings OR 29 days covering 60% of weekly earnings. Maximum period: To be confirmed.
Long Term Disability Insurance
Elimination Period: 90 days. Monthly Benefit: 60% of your weekly earnings, up to a maximum of $10,000 per month. Maximum Benefit Period: Continues until your normal retirement age as defined by the Social Security Act. '
Group Term Life Insurance with Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
Maximum coverage amount: Up to $250,000 for each staff member in $50,000 increments, $125,000 for their spouse, and $10,000 for each dependent child. Accelerated Benefit Option2: This option allows for benefits to be paid in case of a terminal illness.
